Watch this space for hacking activities. The major issues are:
Allow the various SSH daemon apps to listen to port 22.
Probably a similar issue is preventing OpenVPN from starting.
With StrongSwan, ping packets are routed normally but TCP (and UDP?) packets may not be leaving the device.
With hostapd (Wi-fi Hotspot), thru traffic appears to not leave the device.
With StrongSwan and hostapd, DNS resolution is hosed, either because of the routing issue or inability to switch DNS servers.
Any chance to get the fingerprint reader working?
How to get /data/local/userinit.d/* executed. This used to work.
